    I'm a sophmore in college with the life aspiration to become a pastry chef and own my own bakery.  As of right now though I am working on my Hotel and Restaurant Management degree with plans to attend culinary school after I obtain my bachaelor's.
    I enjoy reading Fanatasy and Sci-fi, but none of that future science fiction (that just goes into overload with descriptions).  I don't really have a favorite book or author though; there just isn't any way that you can pick one with all the different styles and characters out there.  I would like to write a book myself one day.  The first three chapters are done (at least the rough draft).  My mom thinks that if she reads my work that she'll be able to understand me, I've told her to give up.  I confuse her too much as it is.
    Besides spending my time reading I love to watch movies, a handful of T.V. shows such as Supernatural and Bones, hang out with friends, and just in general enjoy my life as it is.  I like making food for people also, there is something about hearing useful criticing and how much they enjoy it that makes me go all warm on the inside.
    I blame it on my family, we love to eat good food.  I think it comes from mom making everything out of scratch since I was little and knowing that there wasn't anything she was afraid to make if we asked.  It's probably the reason one of my sister's and I went down the path that we did.  How could we spend a life time helping make good food for our love ones and not want to do it for the rest of our lives?
    There isn't much after that.  I'm just a fun loving gal that is happy when the people around me are happy.  Hopefully I'll have the ability to keep everyone I care about in hihg spirits for most of their life.
